Discover 10 years of half mile harvest

Recorded in a home studio outside Melbourne and steeped in old-school soul and blues, the album turned four mates into one of Australia's most loved live acts, with Josh Teskey's unmistakable voice carrying the band from local pub shows to stages around the world.

A decade on, they mark the milestone on a stage floating right on Sydney Harbour.

The Teskey Brothers event site will occupy Fleet Steps in the Domain from Thursday 24 September to Tuesday 6 October 2026 inclusive. Temporary fencing will be installed around the event site.  

I am not attending the event, will I still be able to access The Domain/Botanic Garden on the event day/s?

The event site will be fenced from Thursday 24 September to Tuesday 6 October 2026 inclusive. Access is maintained to the Phillip Precinct, Domain and Royal Botanic Garden Sydney.  

What will the traffic and access impacts be?

We encourage patrons to use public transport to and from the event:
• Train: exit via St James, Martin Place or Circular Quay stations
• Metro: exit via Martin Place
• Ferry: walk from Circular Quay
• Bus: for timetables, maps and to plan your trip visit: www.transportnsw.info
Road closures: Mrs Macquaries Northern Loop will be closed from:
•    1200 – 11:30pm Thursday 1 October 
•    1200 – 11:30pm Friday 2 October 2026
Art Gallery Rd (at corner of Hospital Road) and Mrs Macquaries Road from:
•    9:30pm – 11:30pm Thursday 1 October 2026
•    9:30pm – 11:30pm Friday 2 October 2026
Gate closures: Yurong Gate will be closed from:
•    7:00am Thursday 24 September 2026 – 10:00am Saturday 26 September 2026
•    7:00am Monday 28 September 2026 – 8:00am Sunday 4 October 2026
•    7:00am – 6:00pm Tuesday 6 October 
Patrons will be redirected to exit through either Victoria Lodge Gate or Henry Lawson Gate. Gate closures at 8:00pm as per normal Garden closing times. 
Footpath closures: Fleet Steps Seawall will be closed from:
•    7:00am Thursday 24 September 2026 – 10:00am Saturday 26 September 2026
•    7:00am Monday 28 September 2026 – 8:00am Sunday 4 October 2026
•    7:00am – 6:00pm Tuesday 6 October 
Access to Fleet Steps Stairs will be available from 12:00pm to 2:00pm daily during set up and pack down. 
Fireworks: Fireworks will take place on a barge in the water at Farm Cove at the following times (subject to change):
•    Wednesday 30 September 2026 - between 9:45pm – 10:00pm for approx. 3 minutes
•    Thursday 1 October 2026 - between 9:45pm – 10:00pm for approx. 3 minutes
•    Friday 2 October 2026 - between 9:45pm – 10:00pm for approx. 3 minutes
 

Parking restrictions/availability: An event drop off zone will be operational on Mrs Macquaries Rd near Fleet Steps.

Sound checks and rehearsals will be carried out between:

  • Friday 2 October 2026  3:00pm – 5:00pm
