The event site is Fleet Steps at Mrs Macquaries Point. All areas of the Gardens remain available during normal operating hours.

We encourage patrons to use public transport to and from the event:
- Train: exit via St James, Martin Place or Circular Quay stations
- Ferry: walk from Circular Quay

- Road closures: There are no road closures scheduled for this event.
- Gate closures: Yurong Gate will be closed from Tuesday 30 September - Wednesday 8 October inclusive and patrons redirected to exit through either Victoria Lodge Gate or Henry Lawson Gate.
- Footpath closures: Access along the sea wall in front of Fleet Steps will be closed to the public from Tuesday 30 September – Wednesday 8 October inclusive to ensure safety of public during set up, event and pack down.
Parking restrictions/availability: limited metered parking is available on Mrs Macquaries Road and at the Domain Car Park. For prices visit: www.wilsonparking.com.au/the-domain-car-park. - Mobility Pass Holder access: as per usual availability, see more about Garden accessibility here.

- Friday 3 October 2025; 2.00pm – 4.00pm
- Saturday 4 October 2025; 2.00pm – 4.00pm
