Leaving a gift in your Will ensures your legacy endures.

To help guide your bequest, here is some suggested wording: 

“I give and bequeath the residue of my estate both real and personal… OR “I give and bequeath [insert amount or asset]… OR “I give and bequeath [insert percentage %] of my estate… OR “I give and bequeath the entirety of my estate… … free from all duties and charges to Foundation & Friends of the Botanic Gardens Charitable Fund (ABN 92 871 129 496) for its general purposes. I declare that the receipt of an executive officer of the Foundation & Friends of the Botanic Gardens Charitable Fund at the time shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.”*This is general information and does not constitute legal advice.
