Botanic Gardens of Sydney is seeking experienced and innovative hospitality operators for three food and beverage opportunities within the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney.
Located on the edge of Sydney Harbour and welcoming more than five million visitors annually, these sites offer a unique opportunity to operate within one of Australia's most visited tourism destinations.
The Request for Tender (RFT) seeks high-quality, sustainable food and beverage concepts that enhance the visitor experience while respecting the Garden's environmental, cultural and heritage significance.

Located along the Farm Cove foreshore near the Sydney Opera House, QEII Gate provides a high-profile location at one of the Garden's busiest visitor entry points.

Positioned on the Farm Cove waterfront, The Cove enjoys harbour views and proximity to major visitor experiences including Westpac OpenAir and Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour.

One of Sydney's most recognisable harbour locations, The Point offers panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Successful proponents will demonstrate:
- A high-quality food and beverage offering
- Strong customer service and operational capability
- Sustainable business practices
- Innovative visitor experiences
- A First Nations offering as part of the proposed concept
