Hire of this shelter includes:

  • Shelter only (BBQs do not form part of hire and must be shared with other Garden visitors)

 

As part of this hire you may bring with you:

  • Your own gas BBQ 
  • One 3m x 3m pop up shade structure (weighted, not pegged) to be used over rugs or grassed area immediately beside the shelter
  • Catering
  • A children's entertainer e.g. face painter, clown, character
  • Decorations

 

For an additional fee you can also:

  • Engage a commercial photographer to capture your memories
  • Other commercial activities by approval

Event Ranger (4 hour minimum)

  • Event Rangers can be added to your booking to manage RSA and conduct vehicle escorts
  • Event Rangers are mandatory for all after-hours events
  • Ratio is 1 Ranger to every 100 guests

Waste management

  • Clients are to take all waste off-site at the conclusion of the event but if you'd like to save the hassle, red bins can be added to your booking
