Phillip Precinct, The Domain Sydney
29 March 2026
6:30am – 12.30pm
The fun run for everyone
Delivered by registered charity Neuroblastoma Australia, it is the organisation’s flagship fundraising event, raising vital funds for research into neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer.
Launched in 2013 with just 400 participants, Run2Cure has grown into a major annual event, now welcoming over 4,000 people who walk, jog or run past some of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks.
Each year, families impacted by neuroblastoma join friends, schools, running clubs and corporate teams to take part in a range of distances, from the 1km Little Heroes Walk to the timed 5km, 10km and half mara thon events.
The event also offers live entertainment, food stalls and activities, creating a fun community celebration for all ages.
