Discover the “Year of the Horse”
In Chinese culture, the horse is a vital historical companion. Revered for its strength, speed, and endurance, shaping the course of Chinese history.
The “Year of the Horse” is part of an ancient cyclical system that blends mythology, timekeeping, and cultural symbolism.
Anna’s practice reflects a deeply held philosophy of living close to nature, aligned with the Chinese concept of harmony between heaven and humanity. Nature lies at the heart of this series, where brush and Xuan paper become both medium and homage—bridging Chinese and Western artistic traditions.
